This is probably everyones best option. That is why it is short.
- Your website done and build up: 650 up front + one training session in you adding content to your site, navigating etc.
- 12 Month ongoing support for a set monthly Bartle fee of 80 a month. perhaps its a 5 min job or a two hour session. fee is set at bartles.

Teaching you to maintain your own website.
Yes, the least favorable but most desired by most. I will come to your place and teach you or someone you know has the skills the ropes of managing your website, so he/she or you can update, change your website and so I don't have hit you up on any extra cost once your project has been delivered.
